We will come back and take care of the specific areas that didn’t meet your expectation. Simply notify us within 24-hours of your initial residential,commercial cleaning or any commercial or residential improvement project. A professional service isn’t complete without your satisfaction.

  • Our cleaning experts and professional technicians will bring and provide all the equipment,tools and cleaning products need it for the project or cleaning service.
  • We recommend advising your booking agent over the phone about your priorities and expectations for the project/cleaning service, along with any instructions regarding pets, keys, alarms, or any specific details related to the premises.
  • All our cleaning experts and professional technicians must pass a continuous rigorous background checks. They must pass a professional cleaning exams, have their respective license up to date as well as maintain high ratings to continue working for our clients.
  • We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule your project/cleaning service and you can do so with 6 hrs in advance notice via text or over the phone.
  • Our professional technicians and cleaning experts don’t leave the premises until you are satisfied with the service provided.
  • CSA Home and Business Services accepts all major debit and credit cards.
  • Full payment is due at the time of booking your service.
  • We only charge your card with the amount agreed at the time of booking your service.
